trees on the slopes of Iblea hills of South East Sicily, the area of Ragusa.
This area kissed by the Italian sun and swept by the warm winds of the
Mediterranean sea is ideal for this unique oil. Here these majestic trees
grow next to carob trees and shade stone farms and courtyards ” bagghiu ” in a untouched land. In this pristine environment and in the respect of
nature, these olives tree produce today one of the best EVOO found on the market.

This olive oil is obtained directly from olives and solely by sustainable
mechanical means without any water added. Thus the olive paste is denser, full bodied and richer while preserving its aroma laden with polyphenols. The innovative production implemented with a proto reattore , (one of the few oil companies in Italy to use this process) avoids the oxidation of the olive paste.
