This Paneangeli yeast is obtained from fresh beer that has been dehydrated so that it will last longer. This therefore means it is more practical than fresh yeast as it is not necessary to refrigerate it or to use it quickly. In this packet there is 1 small packets that are the same as 1 fresh yeast in cubes. You just need to add two tablespoons of sugar – for either sweet or savoury dishes. It is not even necessary to dissolve it in water. Ingredients: Dehydrated Yeast, Emulsifier: Sorbitan Monostearate.
