14.7 cake mix, 0.35 oz powdered sugar
4 oz of butter, 3 medium eggs, 0.38 cup of milk all at room temperature.
Pour cake mix, the butter, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk at high speed for 4 minutes.
Pour the batter into a non stick baking pan
bake the cake for 40-50 minutes- Check the cooking time by poking the cake with a toothpick.
Electric oven temperature: 350F
Fan oven: 338F
Gas Oven: 374F
once cooked, let it cool for 10 minutes
Sprinkle the Margherita cake with Powdered sugar before serving..
