quadrotti is an Italian snack common all over the southern half of the Italian Peninsula. A cracker similar in texture to a breadstick or a pretzel they are my favorite with coffee or even alongside a Antipasto or dipped in olive oil as an appetizer quadrotti are classically formed. Quadrotti are briefly boiled before being baked, which gives them a very interesting texture. Baked Quadrotti can be kept in an airtight container for several months
