The Cooked Ham comes from a selection of the best Italian pork legs. The meat is first carefully deboned, to then move on to the mixing process with salt and natural aromas. The next step is known as the churning phase: the product is slowly massaged, allowing the meat to soften and the product to acquire better gastronomic quality. The product is then pressed in molds which give it its traditional shape, then finally proceeding to the slow steaming process that lasts almost 20 hours. Gluten-free. Lactose-free.
