CURIOSITY
The Neapolitan panuozzo is generally prepared with the classic pizza dough, but since only the lucky ones have a wood oven we offer you this dough, much more similar to ciabatta bread, which with cooking in a homemade oven will guarantee you a result similar to the original. Seeing is believing!
