WAFERS CANNOLI GREAT
Sicilian cannoli is one of the best known specialties of our pastry shop. Born as a traditional fried dessert consumed during the carnival period, become the most popular and appreciated typical dessert of the island. The skins of cannoli, are made following the ancient traditional recipe: a wrap of fried and crunchy pasta to be filled to taste, with a filling of sheep ricotta, chocolate chips, orange peel, and chopped pistachios.
Ingredients: wheat flour (type “00”), sugar, palm oil, salt, cocoa, natural flavorings.
