Mix for Classic Margherita cake- Easy to make!

For those who love traditional cakes with milk, butter and fresh eggs.

bring to your table the fragrance of the simple, hearty flavors of traditional Italian cake.

The package contains:

14.7 cake mix, 0.35 oz powdered sugar


4 oz of butter, 3 medium eggs, 0.38 cup of milk all at room temperature.


Pour cake mix, the butter, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk at high speed for 4 minutes.

Pour the batter into a non stick baking pan

bake the cake for 40-50 minutes- Check the cooking time by poking the cake with a toothpick.

Baking time:

Electric oven temperature: 350F

Fan oven: 338F

Gas Oven: 374F

once cooked, let it cool for 10 minutes

Sprinkle the Margherita cake with Powdered sugar before serving..
