Store at room temperature. After opening, it should be kept in the refrigerator for no more than 5 days, adding olive oil.

Ricotta, Tartufo and Pepe Nero are born from the great experience of Tigullio, which combines the delicacy of fresh ricotta with the strong flavor of Italian black truffle, enhanced by a touch of black pepper.
