Winemaker’s notes
It is one of the most cultivated vines in the world thanks to its high adaptability. The cryomaceration process makes it possible to extract the primary aromas of the grapes present in the inner part of the peel and to obtain wines with more intense and fruity aromas, extracting a few polyphenols ,the first responsible for the bitterness and astringency
