Strengths of Product: It does not contain preservatives, dyes, flavor enhancers, sweeteners, hardeners, functional fibers, GMOs, nor thickeners or emulsifiers, hence the presence of discreet oil stains in the product. Vegetable used percentage is by far higher (60%) compared to common pestos which present at most 20 % of vegetable used percentage. This is a raw material from integrated pest management or in some cases non-certified biological pest management and is produced in the fields with manual collection and selection.
Usage: appetizers, bruschetta, pasta dishes, pizzas, sandwiches, side dishes and more generally to season hot and cold dishes.
