The “Sonnino” represents the typical and historical tradition of the Chianti DOCG produced in Montespertoli. This is demonstrated above all by the blend, where alongside Sangiovese and Canaiolo we also find a small percentage of a white grape, Trebbiano. Fresh, lively and joyful, it is a product that is loved on the table with different recipes of Italian cuisine. The grapes, harvested towards the end of September, are processed and refined exclusively in concrete tanks, both during fermentation and during the final ripening phase. A label that is one of the flagships of the entire production signed by the Sonnino Castle.
